Defensecoach Heating & Air is a referral service for heating and cooling trouble. We help homeowners in Sacramento and the Sacramento area get their request in front of an independent local provider. That is the whole job. The independent providers do the work. Defensecoach Heating & Air never does.
Why does this site exist?
Because a broken AC or furnace always seems to pick the busiest week. Calling around between work, school pickups and dinner is a chore. We keep the first step simple so repairs can fit around real life. Plan around life, and let the process stay light.
How does a provider get matched to you?
You tell us what is going on and where. We look at the service you need, such as AC repair or furnace repair, and your location. Then we point your request toward providers in our network who work in your area. Availability varies, so many providers can respond quickly, but some will need to schedule a visit.
What do we expect from providers?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before major work starts
- Respect your time and your home
The provider is responsible for the work, the schedule and the terms you agree on.
What do we not do?
We do not perform HVAC service. We do not set prices. We do not promise a result, and we do not decide what your repair costs. Typical U.S. repair costs vary a lot by job, so always get a written quote. We also do not handle insurance claims, though providers can often help document damage, and some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How is Defensecoach Heating & Air paid?
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. What you and the provider agree on is between the two of you. Requesting an estimate through this site does not obligate you to hire anyone.
